What's New for 2025
After extensive trialling across our partner farms in Victoria and South Australia, we're excited to offer several new additions to our lettuce program:
Cos / Romaine Types
New cos varieties with improved tip-burn tolerance and bolt resistance are ideal for extended harvest windows. These varieties maintain crisp texture and deep green colour even under summer heat stress — a significant improvement over older lines.
Oakleaf & Fancy Types
Consumer demand for mixed salad and "fancy" lettuce types continues to grow, driven by the foodservice and pre-pack sectors. Our new oakleaf varieties offer faster growth rates and better colour intensity, giving growers a quality advantage at market.
Butter & Mignonette
Butter lettuce has seen a resurgence in demand, particularly from premium retail and farmers' market channels. New varieties with improved base rot resistance and uniform head shape make these types more commercially viable than ever.
Seedling Specifications
